Key Skills / Requirements
- A B.Ed or PGCE (NQF Level 7); an Honours degree in Education is a strong advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Phase Head or Deputy Head in a High School education setting.
- Current SACE registration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, administration systems, and school financial processes.
- Must be tech-savvy with an eye for modern educational tools Strong communication, planning, problem-solving, and mentoring skills.
- Willingness to work extended hours and travel when necessary.

The responsibilities are:
- Lead the academic, operational, and financial performance of the High School.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans aligned to learner targets and growth.
- Manage budgets, enrolments, marketing support, and ensure school-wide compliance.
- Drive curriculum planning, quality teaching, and assessment in line with Curro\'s educational vision.
- Maintain a strong brand presence and foster parent and community relationships.
- Oversee discipline, pastoral care, and academic interventions.
- Personal commitment to education and a willingness to contribute to the values and ethos of the school.
The successful candidate will start on 01 September 2025.
